Councilman Hollenhorst revlewod a report <br /> submitted by Robert Woodburn, Chelrm~n of thG Board at Appeals, which <br /> recommended approve; of ti16 variance, A staTement of approval ot the <br /> . variance, signed by all other property owners on Cummings lane. was <br /> submitted by Dr. Cooper. <br /> Dr. Cooper asked that the Council act on the roquest subject to a <br /> telephone pail of the Planning Commission on the matter, <br /> Motion was made by Hcllanhorst, soconded by Handerson, that the variance <br /> be approved as roquested with Cas5 No. 72-51, subject to concurrence ot <br /> the Planning Commission by tolephone poll. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Note: Councilman Hollanhorst, at a later date, personally'approved <br /> an additional 3' x "variance at. the northwest corner 0' the garage <br /> addition (3'varlance,6'wlde).
