She reviewed a report, dated July 28, 1972, <br />detailing three options on the matter as follows: <br /> <br />I. Prepare an Immediate assessment rol I based on estimated <br />project costs. <br /> <br />2. Delay hearing to fall of 1973 and add Interest costs to <br />the cost of the improvement. <br /> <br />3. Delay hearlog to completion of the project and levy <br />assessments at that time. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Council determined not to levy assessments at this time based <br />on estlmllted costs. They agreed to consider option No.3 at the <br />completion of the project. <br /> <br />Inspection Reports <br /> <br />Mrs. Stromquist presented Inspection reports of the premises of <br />646 14th St. NW as follows: <br /> <br />I. Report of Health Officer Dr. Dunn, dated July 17, 1972. <br /> <br />2. Report of Building Inspector l.
