<br />Floral Drive 15 to be repaired by Dunkley Surfacing following
<br />last year's water line Installation. The above listed costs for

<br />The Council questioned proceeding now with Floral Drive, feeling
<br />that It might be more advisable towalta year to let the ground
<br />settle. The Council determined to definitely plan tha bituminous
<br />Improv9ment of Gale, Norma and James Circles, but referred to the
<br />Public Works Committee the question of whether or not to propose
<br />going ahead with Florel DrIve this year. They also aSked thet
<br />the committee advise whether they faal a complete street restora-
<br />tIon Is needed on Floral Drive, or ~erelv ere-capping Job. The
<br />committee was further asked to advise on the curb and gutter pro-

<br />After review of the site plan of tha entire Bethel complex,
<br />and buildIng plans for the student housln~ apartment complex,
<br />Hollenhorst moved, seconded by Qlmen, that the Council approve
<br />Issullnc.<l of the building permit for the 14-bl.llldlng apartment
<br />complex, In accordance wltil plans, dated ~1ay 9, 1972; motion
<br />carrIed unanimOUSly.

<br />for 250 toot 'Herowa~e Tower and Service Bldg.
<br />
<br />Councilman Hollenhorst reported that the Planning Commission
<br />has scheduled a public hearing on Tuesday, June 6, 1972, at
<br />8:00 p.m., at the Village Hall, on the proposed tower to be
<br />located at County Road F and Hemline Avenue.
