WisPark Environmental Impact Statement eElS) <br /> The City Council was provided with a draft of the proposed WisPark Development <br /> Environmental Impact Statement in the City of Shoreview, and asked to provide comment. <br /> Mr. Ringwald provided an overview, directing the Council's attention specifically to the County <br /> Road I traffic loading. <br /> Staff was directed to provide comment regarding the need for this development to recognize <br /> future traffic needs coming out of TCAAP, and that MnDOT, Ramsey County, and the City of <br /> Shoreview address this future planning as not being the sole responsibility ofthe City of Arden <br /> Hills and to establish a cost-sharing framework now to accommodate those future development <br /> needs, and seek a formal Memorandum of Understanding between all parties now. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS <br /> Bethel Park Project <br /> Mr. Pritsinger updated the Council on the Bethel Park Project, and advised he would be <br /> bringing this item to the February 8, 1999 City Council meeting. <br /> . Anderson/Rekuski Project <br /> Mr. Fritsinger updated the Council on additional information received from the City <br /> Attorney on the AndersonlRekuski property, and advised that staff would be pursuing <br /> abatement proceedings to resolve the remaining issues. The property owner had funds in <br /> escrow to cover any City expenses incurred. <br /> Future Transportation Planning <br /> Councilmembers and staff reviewed various transportation options tor consideration by <br /> the I-35W Corridor Coalition and in light of the Metropolitan Council's light rail <br /> transportation plans as part of future TCAAP development. <br /> Council Meeting Scheduling <br /> Mayor Probst advised he may not be available for the March 15, 1999 Council meeting <br /> due to a scheduling conflict. <br /> Ci~ Administrator Annual Evaluation <br /> Councilmember Malone and Mayor Probst briefly reviewed the process for the annual <br /> evaluation of the City Administrator with new Councilmembers. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> e MOTION: Councilmember Malone moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded <br /> a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:15 p.m. The motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0). <br />
