<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 8, 1999 <br />7:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular <br />City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Dennis Probst, Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, Paul Malone <br />and Lois Rem. <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Gregg Larson. <br /> <br />Also present were City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger; Public Works Director, Dwayne <br />Stafford; City Accountant, Terrance Post; and Recording Secretary, Lori Rolfson. <br /> <br />ADOPT AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Fritsinger noted a correction to the February 8, 1999 agenda. Item number three, Approval <br />of Minutes, should read, "January 25, 1999..." not "...1998..." <br /> <br />Mayor Probst suggested under Unfinished and New Business items 6B and 6C should be moved <br />up and item 6A should be considered as the last item. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Rem seconded a motion <br />to adopt the agenda for the February 8, 1999, regular City Council meeting, as <br />amended. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. January 25,1999 Regular Council Meeting <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem requested a correction on page 7, fiftb paragraph, "...public hearing <br />discussions with Ramsey County..." <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Malone moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a <br />motion to approve the minutes of the January 25,1999, Regular Council meeting, <br />as amended.
