,ARZEN HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2025-027 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT <br />FOR THE LIFT STATION 5 FORCEMAIN REHABILITATION ROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Lift Station 5 Forcemain Rehabilitation <br />Project, bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to the law, and the following bids were <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br />New Look Contracting, Inc. <br />$729,901.50 <br />G M Contracting, Inc. <br />$740,753.36 <br />Minger Construction Co. Inc. <br />$749,908.51 <br />Northdale Construction Company, Inc. <br />$763,251.07 <br />Pember Companies, Inc. <br />$878,554.50 <br />Meyer Contracting Inc. <br />$898,418.54 <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, it appears that New Look Contracting, Inc. of Rogers, Minnesota, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract <br />with New Look Contracting, Inc. of Rogers, Minnesota in the name of the City of Arden Hills for <br />the Lift Station 5 Forcemain Rehabilitation Project according to the plans and specifications <br />therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />2.
