Miscellaneous Provisions <br />15.1 In the event that any provision or portion thereof of any Contract Document shall be <br />found to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision or portion thereof shall be <br />reformed in accordance with the applicable laws. The invalidity or unenforceability of <br />any provision or portion of this Contract shall not affect the validity or enforceability of <br />any of the remaining provisions or portions of the Contract. <br /> <br />15.2 Any notice or demand required herein shall be in writing and shall be effectively made if <br />delivered to either party in person or, if mailed, sent by certified mail as follows: To the <br />City of Arden Hills at 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN 55112; and to the <br />Contractor at2830 – 101st Avenue NE, Blaine, MN; or to such other address as either <br />party may furnish the other in writing. Any change must be agreed upon by both parties <br />in writing. <br />
