<br /> <br />Appendix A <br /> <br />WAGES AND CLASSIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Effective January 1, 2025 the pay scale for PW - Maintenance will be increased by a seven percent <br />COLA in 2025 and three percent COLA in 2026 and 2027, see below for the 2025-2027 pay scale. <br /> <br />PW - Maintenance <br /> <br />Effective January 1, 2026 the pay scale for PW – Leads will be increased by a three percent COLA in <br />2026 and 2027, see below for the 2025-2027 pay scale. <br /> <br />PW – Leads <br /> <br />The EMPLOYER will have the sole discretion to hire employees at a step determined during the <br />hiring process, the EMPLOYER may take into consideration factors including, but not limited to, <br />education, qualifications, and work experience of an applicant. The EMPLOYER will have the right <br />to hire employees at different steps and will have no obligation to adjust existing union employees <br />pay rate to match new employees. <br /> <br />A. Employees employed by the EMPLOYER on a temporary basis for no more than nine <br />hundred-sixty hours (960) per calendar year, either in a full-time or part-time capacity, will <br />be paid at an hourly rate as determined by the EMPLOYER for the term of their <br />employment. Such employees will not be eligible for any rights or benefits under this <br />AGREEMENT, including Article V, "Employee Rights/ Grievance Procedure".
