Occurring in Saint Paul in November 1992. A tanker truck <br />carrying hazardous chemicals overturned on University Avenue, causing a significant spill of <br />industrial solvents. This led to an evacuation of nearby businesses and residents, traffic <br />disruption, and road closures for several hours. The spill was contained and cleaned but did <br />pose a risk to public health and the environment. <br /> <br />• H.B. Fuller Plant Fire (2002). Occurring in June 2002 at the H.B. Fuller Company plant in Vadnais <br />Heights. A fire broke out at the H.B. Fuller adhesive manufacturing plant, causing the release of <br />hazardous fumes and chemicals. This led to the evacuation of employees and nearby residents
