To view the final document, access adopted Resolutions via Arden Hills Public Laserfiche Weblink by visiting cityofardenhills.org and <br />clicking on Archived Documents under Helpful Links on our main webpage. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-029 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ADOPT-A-PARK APPLICATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Arden Hills (“City”) is authorized to allow volunteer term limits within a city <br />park and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following entity has offered to contribute volunteers set forth below to the <br />city: <br /> Name of Volunteer Location Volunteer Term <br /> Shoreview/Arden Hills Rotary Floral Park 2 Years- 2025/2026 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all such volunteers have been contributing to assist the City in the establishment <br />and operation of parks and programs either alone or in cooperation with others, as allowed by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is appropriate to accept the volunteer term offered. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, THAT: <br /> <br />1. The volunteer term described above is accepted and shall be used to establish cleaning <br />and general maintenance of natural resources, facilities either alone or in cooperation <br />with others, as allowed by law. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to issue a copy of the executed Resolution 2025-029 <br />to the volunteer acknowledging the City’s receipt of the volunteer’s application and <br />volunteer waiver form. <br />3.
