Parks Master Plan Scoping Discussion <br /> <br />Casey Byers and Bryce Shearen from Bolton & Menk introduced themselves. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden said she thinks with some of the other expensive projects happening, <br />we won’t be able to work on this plan for a while. She thinks this plan is five years out. She asked <br />if that is how she should be thinking about it. <br /> <br />Bryce Shearen said there is a portion of this presentation that will address that. He said he is <br />aware that there are some large items coming up. This planning process will help the City through <br />those.
