<br /> ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - DECEMBER 13, 1999 8 <br /> . facilities and the estimates for these improvements were as high as 1.2 million dollars. The <br /> School District has expressed an interest in the joint Public Works facility and Mayor Probst <br /> asked staff to mention this in their discussions with Ramsey County. One attraction to the <br /> School District being a part of the Public Works facility was the that the School District would <br /> require a large amount of office space which would allow for a nicer front door to the facility. <br /> Mayor Probst stated that the School District had also expressed an interest in the City of Arden <br /> Hills performing some oftheir maintenance work, such as snow plowing and lawn mowing. <br /> RECESS <br /> The City Council meeting was recessed at 8:09 p.m., for a closed executive session to discuss <br /> pending litigation. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Rem moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a motion <br /> to ad' rn the meeting at 8:36 p,m, The motion carried unanimously (3-0). <br /> . NOTICE OF MEETINGS <br /> The next regular City Council meeting will be held Monday, January 3, 2000 at 7:30 p.m. at the <br /> Arden Hills Council chambers. <br /> . <br /> ----- <br />
