<br />" ." <br /> Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br /> of the city council <br /> of the City of Arden Hills <br /> Ramsey county, Minnesota <br />. .Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 22nd day <br /> 7:30 <br /> of December, 1975, at ~~~ o'clock p. m. <br /> The following members were present: Crepeau, Crlch~on, <br /> Feyereisen, Wingert, Woodburn <br /> and the following were absent: None <br /> Councilman Wingert introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> the following motion: <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br /> of Arden Hills generally in the area bounded by Highway 1-694 on <br /> the south, Highway 96 on the north, Lexington Avenue on the east <br /> and Snelling Avenue on the west by the installation of watermain, <br /> sanitary sewer main, storm drainage facilities, grading, bituminous <br /> - <br /> surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, <br /> and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br /> cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sees. 429.011 <br />.' Statutes 1961)7 that the proposed improvement be <br /> to 429.111 (Minn. <br />. referred to the city consulting engineers for study and they are <br />. <br /> instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed, <br />
