<br />Lynden referred Cour\ci I '.0 his letter of 12/8/75 re Contract Docu-
<br />ments for Indian Oaks Two I~provements, recommending certain changes.
<br />
<br />After discussion, Wingert moved, seconded by Crichton, that Councl I
<br />approve the contract documents, contingent upon corrections noted In
<br />Lynden's letter of 12/8/7S. Motion carried (Cr:chton, Woodburn,
<br />Wingert voting In fevor of the motion; Feyerelslln abstaining).

<br />
<br />Case No. 74-31, Schwab-Vollhaber Office Bui Iding - Revised Site Plan
<br />Letter from Mr. Schwab (12/2/75) and revised Sii.e Plan (12/3/75) were
<br />reviewed by Counci'. Wingert noted plan modifications which Schwab
<br />. requests Counci I to apili"OVe, and advised that ai I other requirements
<br />have oeen met, with the submission of the revised site plan (12/3/75).
<br />
<br />After discussion, Wingert moved, seconded by Feyereisen, that Council
<br />approve the revised site plan dated 12/3/75. except the deletion of
<br />the " red-twig dogwoods, which shall be installed, and authorize
<br />Issuance of a Temporary Occupancy Permit for the Schwab-Vol Ihaber
<br />office bui !ding addition untl I June 1976, granting time to complete
<br />site plan installations (lights, plantings, striping); site plan to
<br />be reviewed at that time for compliance, prior to Issuance of Occu-
<br />pancy Permit. Motion carried unanimously.

<br />PublIc Safety Committee Recommendations
<br />Hunters Park Street Light Request
<br />After review of Hunters Park Site Plan, and recommendations from
<br />the Public Safety Sub-committee, Feyereisen moved, seconded by
<br />Woodburn, that Counci I authorize the installation of a street
<br />light at Harriet Avenue and Benton Way East, by Dreyfus ~nter-
<br />state Development Corp., as per N. S. P. specIfications (Group I
<br />or 3); Village will assume cost of maintaining light ,3fter instal-
<br />lation. Motion carried unanimously.

<br />Reserve Officer Program
<br />Council indicai'ed it would like to discus!, the proposed program
<br />with Chief Sexton re procedures, benefIts, Vi Ilage costs etc.

<br />After review of list of skating rink attendants (Buckley memo of 12/3/75),
<br />Woodburn moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council approve the hiring of
<br />the rink supervisors, and alternates, at rates listed, and to approve
<br />the hiring of Lynn Schllef for the Girls Gymnastic program at $2.50/hr.
<br />as requested in same memo. Motion carried unanimously.

<br />Resolution No. 75-46, Intersection Modifications_at Highwav 96 and
<br />Lexington Avenue
<br />After review of Resolution No. 75-46, Crichton moved, seconded by
<br />Wingert, that Counci I adopt Resolution No. 75-46, as amended. Motion
<br />carried unanimously.

<br />Counci I was referred TO memo from Bui Iding Inspector Squires de,ted
<br />12/5/75.

<br />Winger"r moved, seconded by FE,yereisen, that Counci I authorize the
<br />$45.00 registration fee, and $60/day (3 days) expenditure for time
<br />and expenses, as requested, Motion car~ied unanimously.

<br />After review and discussion, Feyer~lsen moved, seconded by Wingert,
<br />that Counci I app'"ove the Claims and Payroll as submitted, including
<br />check to McVary's Gun Control, in the amo"nt of $117.43. r4otion
