Rice Creek Watersh~d District Board of <br />Managers and Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Discussion centered on the Lake Johanna Watershed Are~ and County <br />Ditch No.4 In particular. as It affects Rosevllle and Arden Hills <br />drainage. Rice Creek Watershed's responsibility and function concerning <br />ditches and lakes was described. <br /> <br />A committee was formed. consisting of Crichton (Arden Hills).' Anklan <br />(Ramsey County) and Honchell (Rosevllle) to meet on the 4th Wednesday <br />of ~ach month with Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers <br />re progress of the Lake Johanna Watershed study. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:45 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Clark Administrator <br /> <br />
