Jobansen reported that Ramsey County has no money <br />budgeted for these buoys, which he understands cost about $60.00 each. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />After discussion. matter was referred to AitorneyLynderl to review' <br />JoInt Po~ers Agreement ra this matter, and to write to Ramsay County; <br />possibly requesting that the County InclMd~ the purchase of the buoys <br />in next year's budge~. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING: <br /> <br />Nursery H I I L t<ssessments <br />Mayor Crepeau opened the Public Hearing at 8:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Bond Consultant Peter Popovich stated that the proposed assessment <br />roll for Nursery Hill utilities and stt'eats is before the Council <br />andavaiiable for review by all persons int.rested in the N~rsery <br />Hill project. which "rota I assessment is In the amount of $48,013.27. <br /> <br />~Opovich explained that 100' of the project costs have been assassed <br />against the property owners over 20 years,at 8% interest; advising that <br />property owners may pay the total assessme:,-j', or i of amount assessed, <br />with in 30 days from adopt i on of 'the assesswJnt ro Ii, without interest; <br />after 30 days l!20th of fu II amount + 8% VI i 'I be co If ected wi th 1975 <br />taxes,paYllblel976. <br /> <br />Mr. Edward Compto~. 1731 West Larpenteur Av"nue, said he has a contrac';' <br />with the bui lder on lot at 1287 ~Jursery La,,;), which states the builder <br />will pay the assessments for street, sewer ilnd water not!
