Request <br />Lynden advised that MMIR, Inc. has requested that Arden Hi I Is seek <br />recourse on bonds for breech of bonds re delinquent taxes, under <br />New World Inns and IOC on-sale and off-sale bonds (6 In number) <br />over a three-year period. <br /> <br />After discussion, Feyereisen moved, seconded by Crichton, that Council <br />direct the City Attorney to take appropriate action to recover the <br />money for reimbursement to MMIR, Inc. for payment of del inquent taxes <br />and assessments, minus costs of recovery of same. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Arden Manor Sa I es Lo';- <br />Adam's. request to relocate his mobile home sales lot from the southern <br />portion of the park to an area north of Prior Avenue, was discussed, <br />and it was generally felt that if home~ are located on a permanent <br />pad, on approved lots within the park, they could be considered to <br />be simi lar to model homes for sale, and, therefore, permissible. <br />Location of model homes, in areas other than on permanent pads, and <br />for sale and removal from the park, was considered to be an open sales <br />lot and not permitted In the R-2 zone. <br /> <br />McNiesh was requested to convey Council's interpretation of the matter <br />to Mr. Adams by letter, requesting that he submit a drawing of the <br />site plan of the entire older, or northern, portion of the park, in- <br />dicating the location and number of mobile home lots, including area <br />in which he proposes to locate the model mobile homes (they could <br />be located on any approved mobile home pad in the park). <br /> <br />-4 - <br />
