Parks System Planning Proposal <br /> <br />Bryce Shearen and Casey Byers of Bolton & Menk began the discussion on the Park System <br />Planning Proposal. <br /> <br />Bryce Shearen presented the proposal that was provided to Councilmembers in the agenda <br />packet. He said they would be happy to outline the plan or, to keep it brief, just stand for any <br />questions. He pointed out there is a fee schedule in the proposal outlining what this will cost the
