To view the final document, access adopted Resolutions via Arden Hills Public Laserfiche Weblink by visiting cityofardenhills.org and clicking on Archived Documents under Helpful Links on our main webpage. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-035 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT <br />FOR THE 2025 PARK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 2025 Park Improvements Project for <br />Arden Oaks Park and Freeway Park, bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to the law, and <br />the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Albrecht Company $117,603.00 <br />Pember Companies $129,959.00 <br />Dunaway $132,803.90 <br />Peterson Companies $143,906.80 <br />Urban Companies $154,911.00 <br /> and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Albrecht Company of Roseville, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible <br />bidder. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract <br />with Albrecht Company of Roseville, Minnesota in the name of the City of Arden Hills for the <br />2025 Park Improvements Project according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by <br />the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits <br />made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder <br />shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 14TH <br />DAY OF APRIL, 2025. <br /> <br />____________________________________ <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk
