Arden Hills is <br />required to maintain the landscaping area per the cooperative agreement with Ramsey County <br />attached (Attachment C). The majority of Council was in favor of this plan at that June 10, 2024, <br />Work Session and Staff still recommends this method for permanent and established <br />maintenance of the area. <br /> <br />Budget Impact <br /> <br />A portion of this project would be funded through Park Maintenance with the remaining $26,000 <br />funded through the PIR-Park Fund. <br />The projected costs are as follows: <br />• Installation of water service quote $16,500 <br />• Irrigation system estimate $12,000 <br />• Restoration trail and grass establishment $2,000 <br />Total projected cost for Lakeshore Place Landscaping and Irrigation is approximately $30,500. <br />Attachments <br /> <br />Attachment A - M&B Quote for water service <br />Attachment B - Proposed Irrigation area <br />Attachment C – Lakeshore Place retaining wall landscaping maintenance agreement
