Thrift stores that have drive-through collection/donation facilities shall meet the standards <br />within Section 1325.04 Additional Minimum Requirements for Drive-in Businesses, Drive-up <br />Windows, Fast Food Restaurants and Automobile Service Stations. <br /> <br />Zoning Codes of Neighboring Communities <br /> <br />Staff reviewed the zoning code of 11 neighboring communities to gather information on how other <br />communities define Retail Sales & Service and Thrift Store uses as well as how uses are regulated <br />in various commercial zoning districts. Incidental repair of items sold <br />may be provided on site.
