<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - MARCH 31,1997 <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Malone moved and Keirn seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />submitted and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />There were no further public comments. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />There were no unfinished or new business items discussed at this meeting. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATOR COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Fritsinger reminded Council the school district has requested a meeting prior to the next City <br />Council meeting on April 14, 1997. They have requested to meet at 6: 15 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Malone questioned if an entire hour was needed for this meeting. Mr. Fritsinger <br />stated he would confirm the length of time with the school district. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE/DEPARTMENT ACTIVITY REPORTS <br /> <br />The committee and department activity reports were received as presented. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />There were no comments from Councilmembers. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst inquired regarding the progress of the Highway 96 Task Force. Mr. Fritsinger <br />stated Staff has identified some people to contact, and letters have been sent out. Mayor Probst <br />stated he would like the City to keep going on this project. <br />
