<br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - JULY 14. 1997 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />Council member Malone obscrved that a 20-foot right-of-way was a small right-of-way for <br />dcvelopment purposes. Mr. Fritsinger allowed there would be some concerns regarding <br />development. Councilmember Hicks observed the 20-foot driveway was more than what this <br />property has currently. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst stated he does not know at this time whether he can attend the Ukrainian Church <br />opemng. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst stated North Heights Lutheran Church has requcsted a written greeting from the <br />City for their Fiftieth Anniversary celebration. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst noted that the Healthy Youth Coalition has an event scheduled for September. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Keim moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:09 <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br /> <br />~/ <br /> <br />Brian Fritsinger <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />NOTICE OF MEETINGS <br /> <br />The next regular City Council meeting will be held July 28, 1997, at 7:30 p.m. at the New <br />Brighton Council Chambers. <br />
