NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS: <br />Hereby adopts Resolution 2025-039 approving Planning Case 25-001 for a Conditional <br />Use Permit at the Subject Property 1126 Benton Way to allow a Class II Accessory Home <br />Occupation. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that City Council approves Planning Case 25-001 for a <br />Conditional Use Permit at the Subject Property 1126 Benton Way, based on the findings of fact <br />and the submitted plans and the April 28, 2025, Report to the City Council, as amended by the <br />following conditions: <br />1. No exterior evidence of the home occupation shall be permitted. <br />2. No exterior signage shall be permitted as evidence of the home occupation. <br />3. The Applicant shall comply with all sections of the City Code, including no more <br />than four vehicles parked in a driveway at any one time. <br />4.
