Please attach additional information when <br />available (such as site plans, schematics, maps, etc) <br />The Old Highway 10 Tram Safe Routes to School (SRTS) project will improve bicycle and pedestrian facilities along Old <br />Highway 10 from Lake Valentine Road Highway 96 W. for travelers of all ages and abilities by establishing a safe and <br />comfortable connection to Valentine Elementary School, and Mounds View High School.
