NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS: <br /> Hereby adopts Resolution 2025-039 approving Planning Case 25-001 for a Conditional <br /> Use Permit at the Subject Property 1126 Benton Way to allow a Class II Accessory Home <br /> Occupation. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that City Council approves Planning Case 25-001 for a <br /> Conditional Use Permit at the Subject Property 1126 Benton Way, based on the findings of fact <br /> and the submitted plans and the April 28, 2025, Report to the City Council, as amended by the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. No exterior evidence of the home occupation shall be permitted. <br /> 2. No exterior signage shall be permitted as evidence of the home occupation. <br /> 3. The Applicant shall comply with all sections of the City Code, including no more <br /> than four vehicles parked in a driveway at any one time. <br /> 4.
