Mayor Probst stated he would like to see results of the Public Works Safety Questionnaire when <br />they are available. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst inquired if the street improvements contractor would be cleaning up and removing <br />more debris than had been cleaned and/or removed to-date. Mr. Stafford stated he had contacted <br />the contractor regarding this issue numerous times, with little or no response. However, they had <br />repaired a retaining wall that was in need of repairs. Mr. Post noted that approximately $20,000 <br />remains in retainage and will remain there until clean-up and all punch list items are completed. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst inquired if the most recent episode of graffiti was believed to be from the same <br />perpetrators as previously involved. Mr. Stafford stated it was unknown, but the Ramsey County <br />Sheriff's Department was of the opinion that the most recent incident involved different people. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst stated that he would not be in town to attend the ceremony at the Greek Orthodox <br />Church.
