<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 22, 1997 <br />2:30 P.M. - ARMY RESERVE CENTER, 4655 NORTH LEXINGTON AVENUE <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Probst called to order the Special City <br />Council meeting at 2:30 p,m. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Dennis Probst; Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, Susan Keirn and <br />Paul Malone; City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger; Community Development <br />Director, Kevin Ringwald; Parks and Recreation Director, Cynthia Walsh; and <br />Public Works Superintendent, Dwayne Stafford. <br /> <br />Absent: Councilmember, Dale Hicks, <br /> <br />PROPOSED CONSULTING ENGINEER INTERVIEWS <br />The City Council conducted interviews for consulting engineering services. The four firms <br />interviewed included: <br /> <br />McCombs Frank Roos Associates, Inc. <br />Howard R Green Company <br />BRW,lnc, <br />Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc, <br /> <br />Upon conclusion of the interviews, the City Council discussed the process for making a selection <br />and conducting reference checks, <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The meeting as adjourned at 6:45 p,m, by Mayor Probst. <br /> <br /> <br />BiH <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />
