<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING - SEPTEMBER 22. 1997 <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the Purchase <br />and Sale Agreement for the sale of property to Welsh Development Company, <br />LLC in the amount of $249,700, substantially in the form presented, subject to <br />nonsubstantial changes being approved by the City's Development Attorney and <br />City Administrator; authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to execute all <br />necessary documentation; and subject to approval and execution of the Sale and <br />Purchase Agreement with Naegele Outdoor Advertising, Inc, and approval and <br />execution of the Development Agreement between the City of Arden Hills and <br />Welsh Development Company, LLC. <br /> <br />Further discussion ensued. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Keirn moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:40 <br />p.m, The motion carried unanimously (4-0), <br /> <br /> <br />Rri,:ill- <br /> <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />
