CITY ADMINISTRATOR SALARY <br />Councilmember Malone proposed that the Council take this opportunity to make an <br />adjustment to the City Administrator's salary. Coucilmember Malone cited Mr. <br />Fritsinger's high and consistent performance as evidenced in the review recently <br />completed by the City Council, and in accordance with Mr. Fritsinger's January 30, 1998 <br />anniversary date. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Malone moved and Councilmember Hicks seconded a motion to <br />increase City Administrator Fritsinger's annual salary to reflect 100% of the <br />Salary Range as addressed in the City's 1998 Salary Step Plan, effective January <br />30, 1998.
