<br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> . NOVEMBER 9,1998 <br /> 7:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> CALL TO ORDRR/ROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular <br /> City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor Dennis Probst, Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, Susan Keirn, <br /> Gregg Larson and Paul Malone. <br /> Absent: None. <br /> Also present were City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger; Assistant to the City <br /> Administrator, Kevin Ringwald; City Accountant, Terrance Post; Associate Planner, <br /> Nancy Randall; Public Works Director, Dwayne Stafford; City Engineer, Greg Brown, <br /> BRW; MFRA Representative, Meg McMonigal; and Recording Secretary, Lori Rolfson. <br /> ADOPT AGRNDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Couneilmember Aplikowski seconded a <br /> . motion to adopt the agenda for Ihe November 9, 1998, regular City Council <br /> meeting. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> APPROVR MINUTRS <br /> Councilmember Larson indicated, in the October 26, 1998 City Council Minutes, on page seven, <br /> third paragraph, the word "noted" should be changed to "asked whether." <br /> Mayor Probst indicated the heading "ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS" on page five, should <br /> be changed to "ADMINISTRATOR COMMENTS" to be consistent with past minutes. He also <br /> noted, in the November 5,1998 Special City Council Minutes, it states a copy ofthe tabulations <br /> for the Municipal Election is attached and asked if this will be attached to the office copy. Mr. <br /> Fritsinger stated it will. <br /> MOTION: Couneilmember Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Keirn seconded a motion <br /> to approve the meeting minutes of the October 26, 1998 regular City Council <br /> meeting, as amended, and the November 5, 1998 special City Council meeting. <br /> The molion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. Claims and Payroll <br /> . B. Authorization, 1999 Audit Engagement Agreement <br /> C. Regular Employee Status, Kevin Ringwald, Assistant to the City Administrator <br /> D.
