Mr. Fritsinger stated Staff would like to move forward with the lease ofthe Xerox copier. The overall cost of this option was brought down by $4,000, from $25,000 to $21,000. Although Staff would prefer to purchase the copier, they feel comfortable wilh leasing it for the time being. Mayor Probst asked how long the lease will be. Mr. Fritsinger stated the lease will be for three years. Mr. Fritsinger stated he will be meeting with Bethel College on November 10, 1998 to discuss the potential development of the park area. COUNCIL COMMENTS Councilmember Malone noted the Planning Commission has suggested renaming TCAAP and one new name which was suggested is Marsden Preserve. Councilmember Aplikowski stated she discovered her home is the only one within Arden Hills which failed the water test. She indicated that she would like to schedule are-test. Councilmember Aplikowski asked ifit would be possible to install lighting at the entrance to the . Council Chambers. Mr. Fritsinger staled this issue has been discussed by others and, because the entire roadway is very dark, lights would be beneficial if added all along it. Mayor Probst pointed out that some of the other businesses have lighted signs which help. Mr. Fritsinger indicated there has been a public request to install a lighted sign at the entrance ofthe driveway. AD.JOURN MOTION: Councilmember Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Malone seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting at 11 :05 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (5- 0).
