<br /> ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - DECEMBER 14,1998 16 <br /> Councilmember Aplikowski requested that the next newsletter include mention of the awards <br />. received by Megan Ricke and Tracy Petersen, With regard to the Council Chamber plan, she <br /> stated that she has no objection but wondered about the positioning of the Council benches, Mr. <br /> Fritsinger advised that the benches wilJ be shifted toward the center ofthe wall. <br /> Mayor Probst stated that the Council did publicly recognize Tracy Petersen and he wants to also <br /> recognize Megan Ricke, <br /> Councilmember Keirn advised that the Parks and Recreation Commission reviewed the plans for <br /> Bethel College and found some neighbors are very opposed to the project. She also reported on <br /> the meeting of the Northwest Youth and Family Services and Business Relations Committee and <br /> advised that they are looking at different ideas for 1999 with their next meeting the beginning of <br /> February. <br /> Councilmember Keirn thanked all for their time and patience in working with her while she <br /> served as Councilmember. <br /> Mayor Probst stated that it has been a pleasure serving with Councilmember Keirn. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Malone moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a <br />. motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:49 p,m, The motion carried unanimously (5- <br /> 0). <br /> Br~r <br /> City Administrator <br /> NOTICE OF MEETINGS <br /> The next regular City Council meeting will be held Monday, January 4, 1999 at 7:30 p.m. at the <br /> Arden Hills Council Chambers. <br />. <br />
