<br />., <br /> <br />if <br /> <br />Extr!lct of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />Ci ty of Arden Bills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day <br />of August, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br />Councilmen Wingert, Hanson, Crichton and Woodburn; and the <br />following were absent: None. <br />Councilman Woodburn introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following motion: <br /> <br />MOTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDEllING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-77-4 <br /> <br />HWEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br />the City of Arden Bills generally in the area bounded by <br />Lexington Avenue on the east, Snelling Avenue on the west, <br />County Road E on the north, and 1400 feet south of County Road <br /> <br />E on the south, by the consuuction of bituminous surfacing, <br />concrete curb and gutter, necessary drainage, right-of-way <br />acquisi tion, pedestrian underpass, and necessary appurtenances, <br />filed with the Council on August 8, 1977, is hereby declared <br />to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />NOW. THEREFORE, IT IS MOVED that the petition be referred <br />to the City COnsulting Engineer for study and that he is <br />instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, <br /> <br />. <br />
