Clerkl AdMlnlstretor <br />Cherlotte McHlesh. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />The City Clerk Administrator presented an affidavit showing <br />publication of notice of hearing on proposed Improvement No. <br />W-P-SS-76-l in accordance with the resolution adopted April 11, <br />1977, which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory <br />and was directed to be filed by the Clerk Administrator. The <br />City Clerk Administrator also exhibited a Certificate of ~~iling <br />Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners, which certifi- <br />cate was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed <br /> <br />to be filed by the Clerk Administrator. <br />All persons present were then afforded opportunity to be <br />heard, and the names and addresses of the persons appearing and <br />heard by the Council, and the substance of the views presented <br />by them were as follows: <br /> <br />.' <br />
