Chief to be accountable to the Council. <br />2. Delete reference to Pol Ice 009, and give dog to <br />Chief Sexton If he would like to have the dog. <br />3. Add the provision that Chief make recommendations <br />to Council re new ordinances which will enable Police <br />Department In law enforcement. <br /> <br />C.
