<br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />Saturday, January 8, 1977 - 10:00 a.m. <br />Shoreview Village Hail <br /> <br />Ca II to Ol-der <br />PUrSuant to due cal I and notice thereof, Acting Mayor CrIchton <br />called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Present - Acting Mayor Charles Crichton, Coune! Imen James Wingert, <br />Ward Hanson, Robert Woodburn <br />Absent - Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr. <br />Also Present - Shoreview's Mayor Olson and Councilmembers McGraw, <br />Wedel I and Weyandt, Ramsey County Commissioners Orth and <br />Salverda, Deane Anklan and Floyd Snyker of the Ramsey <br />County Engineer's office. <br /> <br />The purpose of the meeting WBS to discuss the proposed improvements <br />of Lexington Avenue between County Roads 0 and E as It affects the <br />residents of Shoreview and Arden Hi lis. <br /> <br />It was declared the objective of this meeting that only discussions <br />be held and no decisions made or votes taken. The County Engineers <br />requested tho opportunity to advise the CouncIl of the limited" <br />eiternativas available. <br /> <br />As a result of the information discussed, the two Councils determined <br />that a public information ffiGeting be schedulad January 24, 1977 at <br />7:30 p.m. in the Fireside Room F.lt Chippe~!a Junior High.
