<br /> Pursuant to due ca II and notice thereof, the meeting was clllled
<br /> to order by Acting Mayor Charles Crichton at 7:30 p.m.

<br /> Woodburn moved, seconded by Hanson, that Council approve the
<br /> Minutes of the Special Council Meeting of November 22, 1976. as
<br /> amended. Motion carried unanimously.
<br /> Hanson moved, seconded by Woodburn, that, Council approve the
<br /> Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of November 29, 1976, as
<br /> amended. Mo t I on carried unanimously.

<br /> Public Safety Committee Recommendations:

<br /> Sexton referred Councl I to the Minutes of the Public

<br /> th~t the Committee recommen ds that Arden Hills adopt "a
<br /> dog control ordinance slml!ar to that of New Brighton for
<br /> entorcement by New Brighton or MAPS!. Sexton quoted costs
<br /> for enforcement by New Brighton at $3.S0/hr./man plus 1St
<br /> Per mile for the van; estl mated approximate number of hours
<br /> needed for Arden Hills enforcement at 20 hours a week.
<br /> Sexton suggested that MAPSI be used for evenl~g and weekend
<br /> pat ro I , duri ng hours not covered by New Brighton.
