Sell pathway property to adjacent landowners or to Home- <br /> owners Association as part of ucommon a rea"; relocate <br /> pathway adjacent to street (sidewalk). <br /> After discussion, Crichton moved, seconded by Wlrgert. that Counci I <br /> defer construction of the Hunters Park pathway ard attempt to <br /> se II the land to the developer and/or landowners at a reasonable <br /> market price, and to Isolate the pathway from the homes by planning <br /> the pathway west of Hunters Park, with the understanding that If <br /> City Is unable to sell the land, 1 twill proceed with the current <br /> plan. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> OTHER BUS INESS <br /> Case No. 76-39, Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc. - Request for Curb Cut and <br /> Construction Road for Second Phase <br /> Mr. Bob Burow, Mr. Mark Stevens and Mr. Manuel Cabezas were present, <br /> representing Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc. Mr. Bob Burow presented the <br /> proposed site plan for the sntlre Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc. property <br /> and the proposed second phase construction, which Inciudes Building <br /> No. 2, construction roads, parking and possibly ccnstructlon of a <br /> trainIng and research building. <br /> Mr. Stevens explained that plan is vlrtuaily unchanged from previous <br /> presentation when Building Permit for 1st building was approved; <br /> concept plan Is "pretty final" - longer or narrower building may be <br /> needed, but configuration I s fa iri Y accu rete; in a time bind for con- <br /> structlon of road and some parking before frost. <br /> After review of plan dated received Ii -3-76, Planning Commission <br /> Minutes of 11-3-76 and discussion, Crlch'ton moved, seconded by <br /> . Wingert, that Councl' approve the location and construction of 30' <br /> wide roads and parking, subject to approval of Engineer as to grading <br /> and drainage. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Case No. 76 -33, Buzze II Bu i I ders - Subdivision <br /> Winger't moved, seconded by Woodburn, that Counc il table the matter <br /> until such time as Coune I I rece I ves further Information from Buzze II <br /> Builders.
