When adjoining land to the west Is acquired, extend the pathway to that area. 2. Broaden the 20' strip to 50' or 100 ' and separate path from private property by a natural barrier of trees. 3. Sell pathway property to adjacent landowners or to Home- owners Association as part of ucommon a rea"; relocate pathway adjacent to street (sidewalk). After discussion, Crichton moved, seconded by Wlrgert. that Counci I defer construction of the Hunters Park pathway ard attempt to se II the land to the developer and/or landowners at a reasonable market price, and to Isolate the pathway from the homes by planning the pathway west of Hunters Park, with the understanding that If City Is unable to sell the land, 1 twill proceed with the current plan. Motion carried unanimously. OTHER BUS INESS Case No. 76-39, Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc. - Request for Curb Cut and Construction Road for Second Phase Mr. Bob Burow, Mr. Mark Stevens and Mr. Manuel Cabezas were present, representing Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc. Mr. Bob Burow presented the proposed site plan for the sntlre Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc. property and the proposed second phase construction, which Inciudes Building No. 2, construction roads, parking and possibly ccnstructlon of a trainIng and research building. Mr. Stevens explained that plan is vlrtuaily unchanged from previous presentation when Building Permit for 1st building was approved; concept plan Is "pretty final" - longer or narrower building may be needed, but configuration I s fa iri Y accu rete; in a time bind for con- structlon of road and some parking before frost. After review of plan dated received Ii -3-76, Planning Commission Minutes of 11-3-76 and discussion, Crlch'ton moved, seconded by . Wingert, that Councl' approve the location and construction of 30' wide roads and parking, subject to approval of Engineer as to grading and drainage. Motion carried unanimously.
