Crepeau, Jr., Councilmen Robert Woodburn, <br /> James Wingert, Charles Crichton. <br /> Absent ~ None. <br /> . Also Present - Treasurer Donald Lamb, Attorney James Lynden, Clerk <br /> Administrator Charlotte McNiesh, Deputy Clerk Dorothy <br /> Zehrn. <br /> ORDINANCE CODIFICATION REVIEW <br /> Lynden reviewed noted changes made by Councl I, staff and himself In <br /> a page by page review of the proposed ordinance codification draft, <br /> referring to typed notes submitted by McNlesh (10/7/76), Crichton <br /> ( 10/14/76) and noting verbal comments and consensus of CouncIl. <br /> Changes and clarifications are to be Incorporated by Attorney Lynden <br /> before submitting draft for publication (as attached to Clerk <br /> Administrator and Attorney's copy of Minutes);. <br /> It was noted by Council that the current Zoning Ordinance No. 99 <br /> is not Included In the Codification; therefore. requested Lynden to <br /> maintain Ordinance 99 enforceable untl I it Is repealed by a new <br /> Zoning Ordinance. <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE REVIEW <br /> I. Commercial Vehicle ~ concern was expressed re description Qf a <br /> comme rc I a I vehicle, noting reference on page 3-10, F.3. Vehicle <br /> Parkl nR d.; should be defined or reference deleted. <br /> 2. EnforcinQ Officer - After discussion, Section XII I (p. 4-26) <br /> A. Enforclna Officer .2.b. was amended to read: <br /> "Shall cause Building Inspector to conduct inspections of <br /> buildings " <br /> .. . . <br /> 3. Dwel linQ Unit - to be defined. <br /> 4. Land Use (chart on p. 2-3) was amended as follows: <br /> a) Change Multiple Fami Iy Dwellings In R-3 and R-4 from <br /> "pH to 1'$". <br /> b) Change Singie Family Attached Dwellings In R-l, R-2, <br /> R-3 and R-4 to "S", deleting asterisk in R-2 (also <br /> omit in foot notes). <br /> 5. District Requirements (chart on p. 2-4) was amended as follows: <br /> . <br /> I. Minimum Lot Area Per Dwei ling Unit <br /> Single Family (Sq. Ft.) - Change R-3 to 11,000. <br /> Two Family (Sq.
