Resolution No. 76-37 Mayor Crepeau read Resolution No. 76-37 in Its entirety. and moved that Council adopt Resolution No. 76-37, RESOLUTION ACKNOW- LEDGING RECEIPT AND ACCEPTANCE OF RESIGNATiON OF COUNCILMAN WILLIAM FEYEREISEN AND DECLARING THAT A VACANCY EXISTS, AS COUNCILMAN, as amended. Motion was seconded by Wingert and carried unanimously. Resolution No. 76-38 McNlesh referred Council to Resolution No. 76-38, designating the City poiling places for the State Primary Election on September 14, 1976. Woodburn moved, seconded by Wingert. that Counci I adopt Resolution No. 76-38, as submitted. Claims and Payrolls McNlesh reported two account number corrections to the Claims, and requested Council approval of payment of $8,280 to Allied Paint- Ing, not listed In the July Disbursements, for the water tank proJect. McNiesh noted there Is no retainage; Twin City Testing has approved the paint layer thickness and City Engineer recommends payment of claim. .
