ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—MAY 12, 2025 4 Mr. Stauffacher discussed how the applicants for regional grants should go through the TCG and noted the funding was provided on a 1:1 match. B. Proclamation Recognizing May 18-24, 2025 as National Public Works Week Mayor Grant read a proclamation in full for the record declaring May 18 through May 24, 2025 to be National Public Works Week in the City of Arden Hills. MOTION: Councilmember Monson moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to adopt a proclamation recognizing May 18-24, 2025 as National Public Works Week. The motion carried (5-0). C. Proclamation Recognizing May 11-17, 2025 as National Police Week Mayor Grant read a proclamation in full for the record declaring May 11 through May 17, 2025 to be National Police Week in the City of Arden Hills. MOTION: Councilmember Monson moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to adopt a proclamation recognizing May 11-17, 2025 as National Police Week. The motion carried (5-0). 6.
