'It <br />�-A1�EN HILLS <br />Approved: June 9, 2025 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />MAY 12, 2025 <br />5:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the City <br />Council Work Session at 5:30 p.m. <br />Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Kurt Weber, Emily Rousseau <br />Brenda Holden and Tena Monson <br />Absent: None <br />Also present: City Administrator Jessica Jagoe; Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />David Swearingen; Finance Director Joua Yang and Assistant to the City <br />Administrator/City Clerk Julie Hanson <br />1. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br />None. <br />2. RESPONSE TO PUBLIC INQUIRIES <br />None. <br />3. AGENDA ITEMS <br />A. Karth Lake Improvement District Board Update <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer Swearingen said the 2026 PMP is the Karth Lake <br />Neighborhood. We are doing any improvements we can, in that area including streets, water, <br />storm sewer and water quality efforts for Karth Lake. The Karth Lake Improvement District made <br />a recommendation that Council consider authorizing some pumping operations/modifications to <br />the current system. <br />Councilmember Monson asked if Public Works Director/City Engineer Swearingen will be <br />walking through the design alternatives, as outlined in the memo. <br />
