<br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />Village of Arden Hi lis <br />Thursday, April 15, 1976 - 4:00 p.m. <br />Vi Ilage Hall <br /> <br />Ca II to Order <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr. at <br />4:00 p.m. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Rolf Call <br />Present - Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., Councilmen Charles Crichton, <br />William Feyerelsen, James Wingert. <br />Absent - Councilman Robert Woodburn. <br />Also Present - Village Engineer Donald Christoffersen, Bond Consultant <br />Peter Popovich, Roger Short, Evelyn Kress and Clerk Adminis- <br />trator Charlotte McNlesh. <br /> <br />This special meeting was called to discuss the format and presenta- <br />tion details for the Public Hearing on April 19th. Popovich advised <br />that the Improvement P-SS-W-ST-75-1 could be presented as Project A _ <br />Hamllne Avenue and Project B - County Road F. <br /> <br />Christoffersen briefly reviewed the overall plans. Short suggested <br />that all necessary easements should be secured prior to bids. Chris- <br />toffersen's letter of March 12th concerning unit costs for various <br />alternates was reviewed In detail. Resolution No. 71-47 establishing <br />Village policy on assessment rates for sewer and water Improvements <br />was reviewed. McNlesh was requested to provide details on street <br />assessment practIces for streets Installed in prior years. <br /> <br />PopoVich will present fiscal data at the Hearing and will prepare <br />a summary of unit costs, amount recommended to be assessed, etc. <br />for the various alternates. <Oata to be handed out at the meeting.) <br />Crichton suggested that Engineer's office prepare transparencies of <br />the data to be used as a visual aid at the Hearing. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m. <br /> <br />~~, <br /> <br />Charlotte McNlesh <br />Clerk Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
