Public Notices <br />•Section 1355.04, Subd. 5 of the Arden Hills Zoning Code states that a public <br />hearing is not required for a Variance, but neighboring property owners shall be <br />notified. Notification was prepared in accordance with City policy. <br />•Notice was published in the Pioneer Press on May 15, 2025. Notice was prepared <br />by the City and mailed to property owners within 500 feet of the subject <br />property. <br />•Staff received a written comment in favor of this application prior to the Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br />15
