Overview of Ordinance Amendments <br />The proposed ordinance amendments would do the following: <br />•Expand the definition for a thrift store use to include a Class I and Class <br />II use as well as add a new land use type for a Class I thrift store use and <br />rename the existing thrift store use to Class II thrift store. <br />•Allow a Class I thrift store use as a permitted use in the B-2, B-3, B-4, <br />and I-FLEX Zoning Districts and add a Class II thrift store use as a use <br />allowed by a conditional use permit in the B-2 and B-3 Zoning Districts. <br />•Modify existing criteria for all thrift store uses with several additional <br />conditions to further differentiate the Class I and Class II thrift store <br />uses. <br />3
