WATER CHARGE. The Development is subject to charges for Water supply in <br />the aggregate estimated amount of $172,646.60 payable to the city prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. The estimated water charges are identified below. The water availability fee is determined <br />based on the Metropolitan Council’s formula for calculating new sewer availability charge (SAC) <br />units. The Developer shall apply to the Metropolitan Council for a SAC determination for the <br />project. The Developer shall submit a cash contribution in the <br />amount of $200,000 towards the cost of the City’s construction of a trail along Snelling Avenue <br />which shall serve as a future trail connection to Royal Hills Park. The fee shall be submitted as <br />part of the cash contributions outlined in Section 26.
