Kimley
Horn, with Bolton & Menk as a sub-consultant,was contracted to complete these plans and
specifications and all associated tasks necessary to provide a biddable contract documents plan set.
Task 5 of the work plan requires updating a 2015 Preliminary Design Report for the sanitary sewer and
potable water systems. A few land use changes have also been adopted since 2015 that impact the
potable water system demand that will be generated by the site upon future development, and
subsequent water model results. This memo provides the update of the Water Distribution System
Modeling Results. A sister memo will be provided for the Sanitary Sewer System Preliminary Engineering
Analysis.
Technical Memorandum Format
To help any user of this memo understand the original report, this memo includes the original memo
text in blue italics for easy referencing. The updated analysis is in standard text format. The report will
follow this format for each section.
