Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Business from the FI~or <br />None. <br /> <br />Com~ehenslve Development Plan <br />The Land Use Plan (fol lowing page 31) was reviewed, noting the follow- <br />i ng : <br /> <br />I. Southerly east-west col lector road (Haml ine Avenue to Snelling <br />Avenue) south of Highway 96, appears to be too far north - <br />should be south of Pemtom development. <br /> <br />2. Valentine Park (County Road F and Old Highway 10) does not <br />show clearly as a park. <br /> <br />3. Following streets ar13 not Indicated: <br /> <br />a) Hunters Park (Behton Way, Waldon Place, Hunters Court <br />and Harriet Avenue). <br />b) Nursery HIli lane. <br />e) PAmtcm'~ Townhcu~A Vlifa~e (Arden View Court and Arden <br />View DrIve. <br /> <br />Changes noted were not considered to be significant enough to change <br />map. <br /> <br />In review of the Comprehensive Plan, the following changes were made: <br /> <br />Pa~e 5 <br />3. <br /> <br />Amended. <br />"Any change In zoning, subdivision practice, or other <br />development approved by the governing body shal I amend <br />the City Plan." <br /> <br />Page i6 <br />Last paragraph - correct spei ling of "practicable". <br /> <br />Page 23 <br />First paragraph, last sentence - amended. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />"Financial limitations then could effect housing styles, <br />away from the standard single family detached housing <br />un i t 1 . ~ .
