It was the <br />general concensus of Council that the various committees are ad- <br />visory to Council and may establish their own parameters; Council <br />would encourage the Finance Committee to pursue study of long <br />range capital outlay. <br /> <br />McAllister reported that the Committee has expressed interest in <br />knowing of long range items that are anticipated. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />Hollenhorst moved, seconded by Wingert, that the meeting adjourn <br />at 12:55 a.m. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />/l~ 1/;' (/-) <br />/ I' ./1 ..~ ,__.
